Sunday:
i came back home with naan chanay and yougurt and after breakfast i had rest 10-2. After getiing up i said nmaz and had lunch with daal from tahir's home and went to emergency at 4. There was a lot of hassle there but nothing much to be done in OT. I assisted a chest intubation with muhammad Ali sab. At 9 me dr atif, dr akram sab and dr m ali sab went out for prathas. At 1, we went to pizza hut (me, dr atif, asim farhan and atif jadawi). On the way back, dr atif dropped a pizza at his home, then dropped atif jadawi on the way back to hospital. Later on, i supervised a stump to asim. We were free at 745.

30th Dec

Saturday:
i got up at 815, saleem came at that time to leave his bike here and i went with him to hospital at 845. I staye din opd till 12. Then i went to ward and had tea, did a little round with dab sab. I left at 1 and came back home with roti at 130. After nmaz and having lunch with gajren matar aaloo from tahir's home, i have rest 245-430 and then said asr prayer. Then i spent some time online. I had dinner with rice from shehzad sab's home and went to emergency at 830. There was nothing to be done at all. At about 1230 we went to pizza hut and had pizza with dr akram sab, dr naeem sab, me, dr atif, azeem asim and farhan. I had rest 330 to 730 and came back home at 830

29th Dec

Friday:
I got up at 8 and reached OT at 845. First, i did a laparostomy with asim and then a skin graft with shafiq sab ( i took some graft of my own for the first time!). After that i had tea and then came back home. I wached a dress and had bath before Juma. After juma, i brought roti and ate with egg and yogurt. Then i spent some time sitting in the son. Then i watched the khutbae hajj and spent some time online after that. At 8 i went with azeem to china city and we had dinner with farhan asim and atif jadawi. Then i went with farhan, first he dropped asim and then atif and then me. After that i had coffee and went to sleep after that

27th & 28th Dec.

27th, Wednestday:
i got up at 8 and reached emergency at 840. At 1130 i went to ward for tea. After coming back we had lunch with tariq's pulao. After that i supervised an I&D injection abscess to asim, then i started an obstructed hernia with dr atif, it turned out to be a femoral hernia, so we called dr naeem ullah. There was fecal peritonitis, we did his laparotomy and ileostomy and reparied the hernia. I left at 9 and after getting home and saying nmaz, i had dinner with chicken and aaloo rice from tahir's home. After that we had joshanda. Then i read femoral hernia from Bailey and went to sleep.

28th, Thursday:
I got up at 820 and reached the ward at 910. After the round we had tea, then dab sab came and did round. After that, i put in drains in the abdomen with dr atif. I was free at 2. Then i brought meethi n baisen wali roti and yogurt from islam nagar. After nmaz and lunch i spent sometime online.After maghrib, rafiq sab came. I spent some time with him, then i did dinner with chicken aaloo from Tahis's home and also had a glass of musammi juice brought by rafiq sab. Then i went to ward for preop, there was very little to be done as only 5 pt were on list. I stayed there till 12; during this time, me n azeem did walk in college corridor for half an hour and i also go farquharson from naeemullah sab. At 1230, we went to pizza hut and had a regular pizza and pepsi. I got back home at 115 and went to sleep.
Today i received the credit card and activated it.

26th Dec

Tuesday:
I got up at 8 and reached Ot at 845 after having breakfast and talking to humaira baji for a little while. There i assisted a skin grafting with dr atif, then had tea and did my ganglion. After that i went with muhammad ali sab to fix his internet problem but his fone line was not working. i returned back home with roti at 145. I ate roti with last night's daal and said nmaz. After that i spent sometime online. At night i invited faisal n his Mrs at King food and had dinner with them. I returned from there t 1030 and had coffee at home

24th & 25th Dec

24th, Sunday:
From emergency i went to islam nagar and brought nan, chanay and yogurt. After breakfast i spent some time online and went to sleep at 11. I got up at 3 and after nmaz i went to saleem at 4. From there i went to take sufi from satyana road from motor mechanic at maghrib time. Then we went to rex city, bought a windows cd and jalaibyan and then went to Hot N Ice to get pratha roll. On the way back i got a warid card and also prathas from alfajar. After having dinner with gobhi from tahir's home, we had coffee. Then azeem n farhan came for coffee. They brought chips and a burger. They left at 1030. After that, i spent sometime online before going to bed.

Today i called abbu.

25th, Monday:
It was a holiday, so i got up at 10 and had breakfast with pratha n tea. First i washed some dresses. After that i got online and then cleaned the room and whole house. I had a bath and said nmaz. Then we had lunch with saag from uncle jan's home and chicken from aslam Sab's home. After asr, we had tea with burger. After maghrib i pressed the dresses and watched TV. At 9 we had dinner with daal from tahir's home. After that we had coffee.

23rd Dec

Saturday:
i got up at 8 and reached OPD at 845. At 12, i went to bank to drop the bills and then went to ward for the tea. Then i stayed in opd till 2. On the way back i picked the bills from bank and brought roti which i ate with chicken brought by aslam sab. Then i stayed online for sometime.
I had rest 3-7. After getting up i said nmaz, had dinner with same salan and went to emergency at 810. There i supervised and appendicectomy to azeem. There was nothing much else to be done. At about 12, i went with dr atif n asim to canteen. Then atif jadawi brought the kababs. I had rest 3-7. And i was free to leave at 8

22 Dec

Friday:
I got up at 810 and reached OT at 845. 1st i assisted a laparotomy with muhammad ali sb, it was re-exploration of a TB abdomen, there was just 500 cc pus and kakoon abdomen, we drained the pus and closed it. Then i assisted a lateral sphincterotomy with with Muhammad Ali sab, then a hemorrhidectomy with dilawaiz, then tea and then a dermoid cyst on forehead with asim. I came back at 115. After juma, i brough roti and ate it with gajeren mata aaloo from tahir's home. Then i stayed online for sometime. then i had rest and had a bath after that. When i saying asr prayer, aslam sab came. He brought some salan, i made tea for him. Then haji rafiq sab came. He left at 630. At about 8 i had dinner with rice brought by rafeeq sab. Then i had coffee. After that i stayed online for a little while. During this time, ammi called me.

21st Dec

Thursday:
I got up at 820 and reached ward at 910. After the round i worked with lodhi sab in his office. I organized the ptcl wireless fone and tried to make internet functional but it didnt work as internet needed to be activated. I came back at 130, atif jadawi accompanied me. On the way back we brought 2 cds from millat chowk n roti. First i said nmaz n then we had lunch wiht daal n chicken, both from tahirs home. After that i gave few softwares to Atif and he left at 430. Then i said asar n ilyas came. I went with him to print his dessertation, but the printer didnt work. Ilyas had a little accident in this time. I came back at 530 and said maghrib. Then i stayed online for sometime, had dinner with rice from dr aslam sab's home. Then i went to ward at 930 and came back at 1215 after the preop and having gajar ka halwa from clock tower with azeem.

20th Dec

Wednesday:
i got up at 740 and reached emergency at 820 as it was emergency according to changed schedule. At 1130 i went to ward to have tea. Then at 1 i went with dr atif to get lunch sponsored by Dr Akram to welcome dr sumera. After the lunch we did a thrombosed external hemorrhide and a debribement of diabetic foot. I also supervised first stitching of a 4th student. Before coming back home i had little chit chat with irfan. On the way back home, i got rotis but i reached i saw chicken salan and rotis from tahirs home which i ate

19th Dec

Tuesday:
I got up at 810 and reached ot at 845. there i assisted a laparotomy with shafiq sab ( it was a re-DU perforation, previous one was 3 years back. It was repaired and gastrojejunostomy was done.) After that i had tea and then assisted a toung ulcer edge biopsy. I was free at 1, so i went to islam nagar n bought rotis, and on the way back got a warid card and yogurt. After coming back, i sad nmaz and ate aalo wali roti with yogurt. I had rest 4-8. After getting up, i had dinner with daal sent by tahirs mother and had coffee after that. At night i pressed few dresses and went to sleep after that

18th Dec

Monday:
I got up at 820 and reached ward at 910. After the round there was a long case presented by dr atif and i presented a short case, it didnt go that well. After that i removed azeem;s stiches. Then i brought the HCV data from S1's pc. At 130 i left the ward and went to dr naaem ahmad to deliver him an article for review. After that i came back and had lunch with rice sent by iftikhar sab's wife. At about 7 i went to dr faisal lodhi in noor hospital and worked on his laptop till 9. Then i went to allied where sufi met me with his friend for treatment. In the ward we had tea n biscuits abd i came back from there at 12.

16th & 17th Dec

16th, Saturday:
today i got up at 8 and reached emergency at 840. By 945 there was not patient there. At 1130, i went to ward to have tea. There i got the omax watch! In lunch, we ate pulao. I drained an njection abscess on right arm. Then i joined a laparotomy with dr akram sb n dr naeemullah, it was reexploration for DU leak, i applied tension sutures to it. After that, i did an above-elbow amputation for machine injury, did guillitoine incision.Then i went for a perianal abscess but couldn't find where it was. Then i came back home and had a bath and started prayer, in the mean time heera uncle and his son came and brought the pulao. it was nice. When he left, we had coffee and i went to sleep after that.

17th, Sunday:
I got up at 945 when haji rafeeq sab was there, he made sawayyan for us. He left at 11. Then i washed some clothes, cleaned my room and living room, then i stayed online for some time. Then i had lunch with rice sent by tahir's mother. After that i went for cutting. At night me n sufi went out to AFC susan road and ate chicken nuggets, a burger and ice cream. then we took a shwarma from hot n ice and came back home at 930. At about 10 uncle jan came and stayed here till 1115. When he left i prepared the examination of hernia and went to sleep

Today abbu called from his own sim at about 12 mid-day

15th Dec

Friday:
i got up at 830 when hassan younas came to get abbu's homeopath medicine to be sent to saudia. Then i went to ward at 930. First i did round with dr shafeeq, then had tea. After dab sab's round i came back home, ilyas accompanied me. I went for juma nd brought roti n 2 shami n ate them with gobhi. After that i worked with ilyas till 430. At night i brought rotis which we ate with gobhi.
Today i called abu at juma time

14th Dec

Thursday:
i came back home for breakfast and went back at 915. After the round we had tea and we were free by 1230. At that time i came back home, Amir came to me for some help with his email. After he left i had lunch with rice that rafeeq sab brought yesterday. In the afternoon i spent time online, close to magrib, ilays came. While he was still here azeem alse came (new look after hair transplant!) At about 630 sufi called n told that he had an accident. I reached there immediately with azeem. Muhammad Ali sb, dr zeeshan, dr sajjad also reached there. We finally got it settled for 500/-. At night we ate noodles and i went to sleep after that.
Today dr saed sb wrote an email to me and i replied to it

13th Dec

Wednesday:
I got up at 820 and reached opd at 9, spent whole day there. After it i went to dr asghar javaid and brough abbu's meds and on the way back i got khameeri n meethi roti and got the fizza's dress as well. I ate roti with chicken. I had rest 4-6. After maghrib, rafeeq sab came. I got ready, ate meethi roti and went to emergency at 815. First i assisted a laparotomy with with dr sumera, then i did a laparotomy with dr m ali sb (it was tb abdomen, presented with obstruction, i opened it. it was all caccon abdomen, muhammad ali sab broke the adhesions and did resection and end to end anastomosis for 2 strictures in ilium. i did the 2nd layer of anastomosis!), then i assisted a laparotomy with muhammad ali sab and dr ilyas. It was firearm with a perforation of sigmoid, sigmoid colostomy done. I closed it. After it i went with asim for his dinner while i had tea. After that i gave a little treat to dr ilyas, farhan and atif jadawi. Then i had rest 4-6. Then i said namaz and finished off the emergency in the rest of time

12th Dec

Tuesday:
today i got up at 8 and reached OT at 840. First i assisted a fibroadenoma with dr atif , then i did my hernia with dr atif. Then i did a sebaceous cyst on chest and a ganglion. I was free at 1. i brought roti while coming back home and ate it with daal. I had some rest and spent some time on internet in the evening. At night sufi brought roti that i ate with same daal.

10th & 11th Dec,

10th Dec,Sunday:
I got up at 10 and had breakfast. Then i worked on internet for some time. In the mean time i also watched cricket (Pak Vs WI 3rd ODI, pak won by 7 wickets). At lunch sufi brought the roti and we ate it with qeema aaloo. I had some rest in the evening. At 630 i brought a roti and ate it with same qeema aaloo. At 745 i reached emergency. There i did and appendicectomy and a wound debribement. I had rest 3-8.

11th Dec, Monday:
After getting up i stitched a wound and reached ward at 9. After the round and tea, i went with dr atif to bank and then came back home at 1230 and brought roti with me. Atter i said namaz, i got massor daal and kachay qeemey ke kabab from shahzad sab's home. I did lunch with that. Then i stayed online for sometime. In the evening i had rest 6-9. After that i had dinner with chicken n channa pulao and half berger. Then i went to ward and stayed there 10-1115. On the way back i brought bread from pride.

9th Dec

Saturday:
I got up at 810 and after having bath i reached emergency at 845. At 10 i went out. 1st i got the license. Then i went to montgomry bazar and got pack of dairy queen, candy biscuits and butter scotch. Then i got some dry fruit. Then i received ilyas's data analysis. From there i came back home to drop the things and said zuhr prayer. Then i went back to emergency. We had lunch. There was nothing at all to do there. At the end of day, zakariya came and stayed there for half an hour. Then i dropped ilyas at aziz fatima and brought roti from dawate sheraz. We ate it with gobhi and had coffee after that. After that i went to sleep

8th Dec

Friday:
I got up at 845 and reached the ward at 930 (decided not to go to OT). I stayed there till 1. After coming back i said juma and went to bring a roti, i was planning to eat it with mitha egg but got a plate of chicken pulao with shami kabab from haji anwar sb. After eating that i worked on internet. After maghrib i went out and checked the tailor in islam nagar but the dress was not ready yet, i bought a pin for tv and a ward card. At night we got a plate of baryani from shehzad sab's home. Along with that i made mitha egg.

7th Dec:

Thursday:
After getting free from emergency i went with azeem n farhan to doctor's hostel mess and had a cup of tea. Then we came to ward, 1st stayed in cpc till 930 and then did round which finished at 1130. After the round we had tea and i came back home, took PMDC registration. 1st i went to get license but they were not there due to match duty, then i went to get the id card but it was their break time, so i went to bank alflah d ground and deposited the form for credit card. Then i said zuhr prayer in technical school mosque. Then i went to AFC, there saima baji n kids were there and i lunch with them (paid for it!). then i went to get the id card again and got it. From there i came back and got the keys corrected on the way back.
At 9 sufi came and we went to hockey stadium where usama khubab and one of their friends joined us. First we ate a pratha roll from the Eaton. Then we had a shawarma from hot n ice and then gajar halwa and green tea. We returned at 1130

6th Dec:

Wednesday:
i got up at 810 and reached opd at 9 after having bath. I stayed there till 145. On the way back i bought roti and ate it with gobhi. I had rest 4-6 and then after maghrib 630 to 730. then i got ready and brought roti and ate it with gobhi and went to emergency. there i supervised a ray amputation to asim and then did a laparotomy with dr ilyas (i opened, it was a jejunal perforation 1' from DJ, repaired primarily in 2 layers, i applied few stitches in 1st layers, both layers were seromuscular). After that me azeem n asim went to eat prathas n tea from chiniot bazar. On the way back i had 1 hr rest till fajar.

5th Dec

Tuesday:
I got up at 750 and reached OT at 835 after having bath. The theatre started at 10 as anesthesia staff was late due to their group foto. First i assisted a herniotoy with dr akram, then perianal I & D with dab sab and akram sab, then a perianal fistula with naeem sab n lodhi sab (it was a transsphincteric fistula and seton was placed. then i removed a bullet from the ankle under LA. Then i came back after visiting bank al falah and taking roti from pathan islam nagar. After nmaz and lunch i stayed online till 5. At 9 i went with naeeemullah sab to dynasty and came back from there at 1230

4th Dec.

Monday:
i got up at 820 and reached ward at 9. After the round we had tea at about 12 and then had a meeting with dab sab from where we got free at 145. I came back with roti and meds for sufi and had lunch at 3 with daal from yesterday. After that i worked on internet till 5. After esha sufi brought roti on his way back from university and we ate it with gajren matar aalu. Then i went to ward for preop round. At 1130, i came back. Then azeem came to me for coffee.

3rd Dec

Sunday:
I got up at 950. While i was still in bed ilyas came. I had breakfast and worked with him till 230. After he left, i had bath and said nmaz. Shehzad sb's family sent daal chawal n achar and we had dinner at 3. After asr i went out and got the duplciate keys and milk and eggs. When i came back sufi made the coffee. At 10 i went to ward for a round and came back from there at 1115.

1st & 2nd Dec

1st, Friday:
I got up at 615 and after nmaz i got ready to go. At 8 we all left for lahore and reached haji camp at 1030. I went in with ami abu and stayed with them till 1. Then me n sufi offered juma and went to gull anunty's home. After having lunch there we said asr prayer and left for fsd at 4. We reached back at 6. i spent rest of the time just relaxing. At night haji rafiq sab came at about 9. We had dinner with mutton salan, sufi brought the rotis on his way back from university. Today Pakistan won 3rd test and the test series against WI.

2nd Saturaday:
I got up at 740 and reached emergency at 825. AT about 12 i went to ward to have tea. After the lunch, i supervised an appendicectomy to asim, then i did a laparotomy with dr ilyas (TB abdomen, 2 perforations in ilium at IC and a stricture 1 foot proximal to it, we did right hemicolectomy and brought out ileostomy and colostomy). Then i did an obstructed hernia with dr ilyas. I got free at 9 and came back home at 930 after giving over. In this time, abbu called me at about 7. Back home, sufi was sick, i brought rotis and we had dinner with qeema mirchen.
